Rubin Stephens, 83, of Prestonsburg, died Friday at his residence.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today in the Hall Funeral Home in Martin. Burial will follow in the Akers Cemetery in Dana.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Appalachian Hospice Care, Inc.
