SOLDIER —
Billy Ray Hall, 59, of Soldier, Ky., died Tuesday in St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
He was born Aug. 17, 1953, in Grayson.
He is survived by his wife, Shelia Baker Hall.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill. Burial will follow in the Baker Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, and until service hour Sunday at the funeral home.
