Judy Ann Williams Barker, 51, of Olive Hill, died Saturday in St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead.
She was born June 16, 1961, in New Castle, Ind.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Ray Barker.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Mills Branch Apostolic Church in Olive Hill. Burial will follow in the Conn Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the church.
