Jill Bailey, 46, of West Liberty, died Saturday at her residence.
She was born Feb. 24, 1966.
She is survived by her husband, Avery Bailey.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Herald-Stewart-Halsey Funeral Home in West Liberty. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery in Cisco.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
