PORTSMOUTH —
Virginia R. Ratcliff, 81, of Portsmouth, died Thursday in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth.
She was born Jan. 10, 1929, in New Boston.
Her husband, William A. Ratcliff, preceded her in death.
The funeral will be at noon Saturday at Morton Funeral Home in South Shore, Ky. Burial will be in Scioto Burial Park in McDermott.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
