Gregory McKenzie Sr., 54, of Worthington, died Friday in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
He was born Aug. 5, 1958, in Bay City, Mich.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Caroline Cemetery in Raceland. A military graveside service will be by VFW Post 8850 of Ironton, Ohio.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland.
