Carol Skaggs, 63, of Worthington, died Tuesday in Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born July 30, 1949, in Worthington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Eugene Skaggs.
There will be no visitation or funeral services.
Evans Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
