Michael R. Cooley, 60, of Portsmouth, Ohio, died Friday in concord Health and Rehabilitation in Wheelersburg.
He was born April 25, 1952.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore. Burial will follow in Crystal Dawn Cemetery in Quincy.
