ASHLAND —
Barbara Dixon Hazlett, 80, of Ashland, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, in Woodland Oaks Health Care Facility in Ashland.
She was born June 15, 1932, in Ashland, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Mabel Brown Dixon.
She was a former clerk at the White Swan Dry Cleaners and a member of Old Orchard Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Hazlett, and sisters Joan Lambert and Linda Dixon.
Survivors include a special daughter, Jackie Ann Hazlett of Ashland; a brother, Ronald G. Dixon and wife Helen of Ashland; a sister, Nancy Eastwood of Montgomery, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at Miller Funeral Home in Ashland by Pastor Ronald G. Dixon. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Old Orchard Christian Church, 3600 Blackburn Ave., Ashland KY 41102.
