Mary Grace Stapleton Spears, 85, of Hager Hill, died Monday in Salyersville Health Care Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dormon Spears.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the Family Cemetery in Hager Hill.
There will be no visitation.
Jones-Preston Funeral Home in Paintsville is in charge of arrangements.
