Garry Dean Smith, 66, of West Liberty, died Wednesday at his residence.
He was born Dec. 19, 1945.
His wife, Sharon Smith, survives.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Herald-Stewart-Halsey Funeral Home in West Liberty. Burial will be in Mary Pack Cemetery on Smith Creek.
Friends may call after 6:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
