GREENUP —
George Little, 72, of Worthington, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 2, 2013, in the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
Mr. Little was born Aug. 30, 1940, in Greenup County, a son of the late John and Cora Riggs Little. He was also preceded in death by his twin sons, Brian Little and Jeff Little; and one brother, Jimmy Little.
He was a retired brakeman for the CSX Railroad and was a U. S. Navy veteran.
Surviving are his loving wife, Kay Fritz Little; one sister, Rosemary (Tom) Spradling of North Carolina; and four grandchildren, Brittany Canfield, Kassandra Little, Courtney Little and Tyler Little.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, by Jerry Medley.
There will be no visitation.
Evans Funeral Home in Raceland is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice Care Center, 2330 Pollard Rd., Ashland, KY 41101.
