RUSSELL —
Francesca Dawn Rocco and David Alan Bayes were married on June 18, 2011, in a double-ring ceremony in Lexington by father Nicholas Pagano Jr. and Seminarian Gary M. Simpson at Pax Christi Catholic Church. A reception followed at Keene Run Golf Club in Nicholasville.
She was presented by her sons, Matthew R. Smith and M. Aaron Smith.
The parents of the couple are James V. and Shara A. Rocco of Nicholasville and W. Dean Bayes of Russell and the late Judith Adams Bayes.
Maid of honor was Melissa L. Rocco, sister of the bride, of Longmont, Colo., and bridesmaids were Kimberly Bayes Nall, sister of the groom, of Russell and Laura B. Davis of Lexington.
Best man was Richard L. Lyon of Spotsylvania, Va. Groomsmen were Michael D. Bayes of Pickerington, Ohio, and Steven D. Bayes of Rockwood, Mich., both brothers of the groom.
She is a 1981 graduate of Russell High School and a 1986 graduate of University of Kentucky. She is a medical technologist at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.
He is a 1980 graduate of Russell High School and attended University of Kentucky. He is a technology specialist for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Washington, D.C.
After a honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple reside in Lexington.
