CATLETTSBURG —
Amber Fannin and Josh Carpenter were married Sept. 10, 2011, in a double-ring ceremony on Folly Beach in Charleston, S.C., followed by a reception at High Cotton in Charleston.
The bride, a daughter of Tammy Hart of Catlettsburg and Greg Fannin of Rush, was presented in marriage by her parents.
Maid of honor was Ashley Fannin. Bridesmaids were Emily Monsma and Rachael Hunt.
Best man was Mark House. Groomsmen were Seth Carpenter and Spaulding Hurst.
The bride is a 2011 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a physician assitant at Marshall Emergency Association.
The groom, a son of Terry and Sandy Carpenter, is a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University and the Debusk School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2012.
The couple reside in London, Ky.
