Rebecca Elizabeth Lucie and David Wyatt Isaacs exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 1, 2009, at Dreamscape Gardens in Flatwoods. The Rev. Gene Hallahan performed the ceremony.
Parents of the couple are Barbara Lucie of Wurtland and the late G. Rexford Lucie and Jack and Betty Isaacs of Flatwoods.
The bride is employed at The Independent. The groom is a corrections officer at Ohio River Valley Juvenile Correctional Facility.
Mary Jo Mills was the “best gal” and soul sister of the bride. Nicole Lucie, of Santee, Calif., was a bridesmaid and Jaclyn and Michelle Lucie were flower girls. Jack Isaacs, father of the groom, served as the best man.
The couple reside in Ashland.
