Murhahan-Rice


Kristi Murnahan, daughter of Paul and Shirley Murnahan of Ashland, and Brent Rice, son of Kathy and Terry Rice of Dayton, Ohio, were wed July 18, 2009, in Catcha Falling Star, Negril, Jamaica. The Rev. Joseph Campbell, marriage officer of Jamaica, officiated the double-ring ceremony.

The bride was presented by her father, Paul Murnahan. Teri Murnahan Jones of Ashland was the matron of honor and Tracy Murnahan of Cincinnati was the maid of honor. Todd Rice of Springboro was the best man and Nate Rice of Fort Worth, Texas, was a groomsman. Danny Jones of Ashland was an usher.

The reception was on July 18, 2009, at Ocean Terrace in Catcha Falling Star, Negril, Jamaica.

The bride is a 1993 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 1997 graduate of Miami of Ohio with a BA in creative writing. The groom is a 1992 graduate of Centerville High School in Centerville, Ohio, and a 1997 graduate of The Ohio State University with a BS in environmental science.

The couple reside in Cincinnati. There, Murnahan is employed at KAO Brands as a senior copywriter and Rice is a sales manager for Environmental Enterprises.
