ASHLAND —
An Ashland woman who was reported missing since Aug. 13 has returned home safely, according to the Kentucky State Police.
The KSP released information Friday night that Kathy L. Adams, 44, has returned home and was in good health.
Trooper Ty Chavies was the lead investigator in the case.
