ASHLAND — Two concerts featuring Country Music Hall of Fame members George Jones and Don Williams have been canceled because of illnesses.
Clear Channel Communitys, said they found out Thursday morning that one of Williams’ key personnel was seriously ill and had been hospitalized overnight in Charlottesville, Va., and remained there Thursday.
Williams was scheduled to play at the Paramount Arts Center tonight.
Jones was scheduled to play at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington on Friday but had to cancel due to illness.
Neither show is rescheduled.
